On your first night at the Walt Disney World^® Resort, you will enjoy an evening reception and meet your facilitator. They will introduce you to the Disney Approach to Leadership Excellence and uncover the legacy of leadership that has contributed to the long lasting success of the Walt Disney World^® Resort.

In this first working session you'll witness "The Power of Story," our way of presenting the Disney difference in leadership, where we explore the connection between a person's values and their ability to lead others. You will also be introduced to the current Walt Disney World^® Resort approach to Leadership Excellence, a five-part model that will serve as the framework of your 3½ day program.
