Disney Institute dates back to 1986 and our "Disney Keys to Excellence" program has been combining core content from our popular programs and taking it "on the road" since 1995. To do this, Disney Institute works with selected Chambers of Commerce, Colleges and Universities. The final result is a day of training that combines solid Disney Institute programming with the sponsoring organization's reputation and expertise in bringing educational programming to your local community.
Participants will observe the best practices of The Walt Disney Company and discover ways to apply a little "Disney magic" to their organizations. "Disney Keys to Excellence" and "Team Creativity, Disney Style" are the only Disney Institute programs that travel to different locations and are offered to the general business community. "The Disney Keys" program has a proven track record, providing great results for participants.
