In this hands-on Three-Hour Workshop, your Disney Institute facilitator will use our trademark interactive style to bring your workshop to life. Through dynamic discussion and innovative exercises, you will participate in your own discoveries.

After an interactive classroom discussion, your group will travel backstage to our living laboratory to see the Disney approach in action. Finally, our facilitator will lead you in exercises to help you apply our principles to your organization.
