This is your opportunity to investigate Disney's legendary Approach to Quality Service. To facilitate a variety of needs, we offer a variety of program lengths. In addition to our in-depth 3.5-Day Seminar we offer 1-Day Workshops, 3-Hour Workshops and 90-Minute Presentations.

Each format fulfills different needs; in the 90-Minute Presentation you will hear an engaging overview of the Disney approach; in the 3-Hour Workshop you will participate in activities that help you apply the Disney approach; and in the 1-Day Seminar you will travel behind the scenes to experience the Disney approach first-hand.

90-Minute Presentation: The Disney Approach to Quality Service
This lively 90-Minute Presentation, one of our Disney facilitators will introduce you to the Disney model of quality service. Through fascinating insights and insider information, your facilitator will provide your group with an engaging overview of the Disney Approach to Quality Service.

While listening to this entertaining presentation you will:

3-Hour Workshop: The Disney Approach to Quality Service
In this hands-on Three Hour Workshop, our Disney Institute facilitator will use our trademark interactive style to bring your workshop to life. No dry academia at the Disney Institute. Here, your group will be guided in exploring the way in which the Disney Approach applies to your organization.

Through dynamic discussion and innovative exercises, you will participate in your own group discoveries. In this interactive session you will:

  • Explore the Disney methods for delivering Quality Service
  • Apply Disney strategies to your organizations needs
  • Engage in application exercises that will impact your approach to Quality Service
  • Create your own Quality Service Plan  

One Day Seminar: The Disney Approach to Quality Service
In the One Day Seminar experience, our dynamic facilitators will take you on a journey to understand how to implement the Disney Approach. After an interactive classroom discussion, your group will travel backstage to our living laboratory to see the Disney approach in action. Finally, our facilitator will lead you in exercises to help you apply our principles to your organization.

Morning

  • Examine the Walt Disney World® Resort Quality Service Approach
  • Travel to one of the four theme parks to see how Disney exceeds Guest (customer) expectations

Afternoon

  • Travel backstage to see how Disney standards and systems align to create a seamless Guest (customer) experience
  • Develop a Quality Service Plan that can help you adapt Walt Disney World® Resort methods to your organization
