How to Participate

  1. Answer each question by moving the slider left or right until you feel it accurately reflects your response.
  2. Move to the next question on the current screen and respond to it.
  3. When you have completed all the questions on the screen, click the Next button to advance to the next screen of questions.
  4. When you have answered all the questions, click Finish to view your results.

At the close of this 5-minute exercise you will receive your individualized results, including an optional, printable PDF version.
